Valentines Card

This was a fun little weaving technique using a lot of left over scraps from my Valentines Treat Class.  I had all these thin strips and didn't want to just throw them away.  This is what I came up with.

Window sheet birthday card

Here is a basic birthday card - But I used the window sheets and rand it through the big shot with the elegant bouquet embossing folder.  Then to make the embossing pop out a little more - I used the sanding blocks and sanded the window sheet.  It gives it a slightly white appearance and a really cool look on a card.

Punch Art Album

I'm starting to work on my punch art album.  I used the 9 1/2 x 11 chipboard album and the new sweet pea designer paper to cover it.  The first two pages are a tree with a bird and a frog on a log with a lily pad and cattails.

The inside pages of the album are 8 1/2 x 8 1/2.  I'm looking forward to having a class on how to do punch art and filling up a lot more pages.

Clear Vintage Vogue Gift Box

I can't take credit for this.  I found it on the new Stampin' Connection for demonstrators.  I believe her name is Diane and she created some fabulous boxes using the Tote-ally Tess set.  I don't have that set yet so I used the Vintage Vogue.
I would love to here your comments.  The picture isn't great.  I'll try to take another and post it.

Star is Born

Here is a traditional baby card using non-traditional colors.  Instead of the soft yellow and baby blue - I used the crushed curry and bermuda bay from in the in-colors.  This is pretty simple to do.  I used the bermuda bay ink and the pacifier stamp from the holiday blitz stamp set and created a background.  The designer series paper is Thoroughly Modern.  And the stars are from the large star punch.  I used the new clear mount stamp for the "A Star is Born".  Add bermuda bay ribbon before adhering the layer to the cardstock and you're done.

Pretty in Pink (And black and white)

I must be in a pink kick lately.  I've included that color in almost everything.  Here's yet another card using the new set Vintage Vogue from the Occasions mini.  It's so versatile and this card was super simple to make.  I put my baby down for a nap and cranked this out in about 10 minutes.
Card stock base is melon mambo.  Mat designer series paper in two different patterns onto basic black.  Use the photo corner punch in both melon mambo and whisper white.  The sentiment is stamped in versamark and then embossed in white.  Stamp the Friends stamp in melon mambo on whisper white.
